Firearms Stolen From Residential Break & Enter
Brampton – Investigators from the 22 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are investigating a residential break and enter which led to the theft of five firearms and ammunition.
On Tuesday November 15, 2016, 22 Division Officers responded to a Break and Enter in the area of Orton Drive and Diane Court in the City of Brampton.
Investigation revealed that between the early morning and early evening hours of November 15, 2016 unknown culprits gained entry to a residence and forced open a gun locker that was secured inside.
A total of three shotguns and two rifles were stolen, along with one thousand rounds of ammunition. In addition to the theft of firearms and ammunition, there was approximately ten thousand dollars in property removed from the home.
