Krish Hope Foundation’s New Initiative: Youth Development
Brampton – Krish Hope Foundation, a non-profitable organization run by Raman Dua, CEO Save Max Real Estate was launched in 2015 with an objective to keep the youth engaged in positive activities so they stay away from drugs and crime. Several families cannot afford to provide recreational facilities to their kids at an early age and they get diverted to wrong doings in their life.
If given an opportunity, those kids can really make a positive impact on their family life and as well in the society. Every year, Krish Hope Foundation commits to adopting 100 kids and providing them with membership fees, sports attire, equipment and gears to take part in extra-curricular activities. Krish Hope Foundation is completely funded by Save Max Real Estate with a purpose to helping kids fulfill their dreams and passions.
This year, Krish Hope Foundation has decided to take another initiative for youth development by launching a youth membership club to help kids and teenagers build a better career and improve overall development. Krish Hope Foundation will be conducting monthly seminars and workshops to interact with kids, guide them to choose their career path, mentor them to live a healthy life and become a better part of the society. These seminars will focus on personality development, career plans, guiding them to choose the right career as per their interest and abilities. Krish Hope Foundation’s founder Raman Dua feels it is one’s responsibility to educate our kids and teach them how to be productive leaders in community. It is a responsibility to ensure that kids receive not only the best education, but also get to understand the power and consequences of decisions and choices they make. “We want to give children a better chance to be successful, contributing members of society no matter what circumstances life may bring,” he says.
Every month, speakers from different fraternities of life will be invited to motivate the kids and encourage them take part in various volunteer activities. The first seminar will be held on Children’s Day, 20th November, 2017 at 6755 Mississauga Rd, Suite #304 at 5pm by Dr Bikram Lamba, a TV commentator, broadcaster, writer and political and business strategist. Dr Lamba has been a management consultant during his professional life, serving 15 years as policy advisor to Indira Gandi, and holding many influential international positions. Currently he is a columnist with the Brampton Business Times. Dr Lamba is among nine recipients in the Greater Toronto Area who have been awarded for embodying the peace-building values promoted by the YMCA so that children, teens and young adults can live a healthy life.
