MIDWEEK SURVEY ARE SOUTH ASIANS MAKING CANADA A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE?

DESK REPORT / TORONTO – In this week’s exclusive survey Yudhvir Jaswal, Group Editor and CEO of YMedia asked the community if the South Asian community residing in the country is making Canada a better place and contributing positively. Conducted on Southasian PULSE Prime Time on Tuesday morning between 10am to 12 noon, the community remained divided on the issue saying the South Asians have definitely contributed in a major way and due to sheer hard work have clinched top positions in government and other fields. The station received nearly 50 votes in total with 25 respondents saying the community has played a  constructive role while 25 others said they are not blending well and have no role in bringing any betterment to society – keeping balance at 50%-50%, respectively. YMedia regularly holds weekly polls on various  issues that of interest to the community and publish their results on all
five of its media platforms every week.
