Peel Regional Police Arrests Malton Robbery Suspects 

Mississauga – Investigators from 21 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau have arrested three males responsible for a series of robberies.

Between October 23rd and December 4th 2016, seven robberies took place in the area of the Malton Community Centre, located at 3540 Morningstar Drive in the City of Mississauga. The victims of these robberies advised police that they were approached by a group of males who would make a demand for property. Some of the victims were physically assaulted and one victim reported that a stun gun, which has yet to be recovered, was used. The victims suffered minor injuries as a result of these robberies.

On December 5th 2016, two young offenders from Mississauga were arrested and charged for the robberies. One male was held for a bail hearing and the other male was released on a promise to appear. On December 6th 2016 the third male young offender from Mississauga was arrested and charged for the robberies. He was held for a bail hearing.
