Police Locate Wanted Male in Stabbing Investigation 

Brampton– Investigators from the 21 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau have located and charged a suspect after a stabbing incident that occurred in Brampton.

On Sunday March 27, 2016, at approximately 10:25 p.m., Peel Regional Police responded to a residence located on Sled Dog Drive in Brampton for a report of a domestic related incident between a mother and her son.

Officers arrived on scene and located a 46 year-old female victim with multiple stab wounds. She was rushed to a trauma centre with potential life threatening injuries. Her condition is critical but stable at this time.

A warrant was sought for 21 year-old Rajvir SAJJAN of Brampton for the charges of Attempted Murder and Uttering Threats to Cause Death.

SAJJAN was located this afternoon and will be charged with Attempted Murder and Uttering Threats to Cause DeathSAJJAN is being held for a bail hearing and will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton on Tuesday March 29, 2016.
