Simmba Box Office: Ranveer Singh-Sara Ali Khan’s film stands tall, rakes in Rs 150 crore, full break down
Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan are riding high on success since their recently release film Simmba is breaking Box Office records with each passing day. The Rohit Shetty directorial may have received mixed reviews, but the Box office numbers have another tale to tell. The movie opened to Rs 20.72 crore, smashing records of even Padmaavat. Now the movie has already raked in Rs. 150 crore within a week of its release. Till Thursday, Simmba has managed to collect a total of Rs 150 crore at the box office.

Friday: Rs 20.72 crore
Saturday: Rs 23.33 crore
Sunday: Rs 31.06 crore

For those who are uninitiated, Simmba is a remake of South hit Temperwhich had featured superstar Vijay. It’s the second (debut) film of Sara Ali Khan, who happens to be Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh‘s daughter. This is the first time that Ranveer Singh and Rohit Shetty have collaborated for a film. It is also co-incidentally the first time Karan Johar collaborates with them both as a producer.
