  1. Prime Minister Trudeau attending Remembrance Day Ceremony at National War Memorial in Ottawa. Canada’s Governor General David Johnson is also reaching there. Prime Harry in England and other heads of the states in Europe mark Remembrance Day.

  4. Peel Regional Police discover human remains in Brampton. On Thursday at 11:36am, a concerned citizen contacted Peel Regional Police in relation to the discovery of human remains. Peel Regional Police attended the area and the Ontario Coroner’s Office was notified. An Ontario Coroner attended the scene and confirmed that the remains were human and requested a post mortem to be completed. The identity of the remains and the cause of death are unknown at this time. Peel Regional Police do not feel there is any public safety concern in the area of this incident at this time. Shamsher Virk in the same area went missing.

Opposition parties have slammed BJP for leaking the news of the impending demonetisation to their close allies. The CPI-M denounced the BJP government for compromising the confidentiality of centre’s decision to favour their party, claiming big amounts had been deposited in the accounts of its West Bengal unit prior to the announcement. But BJP has denied it and party President Amit Shah had told media in New Delhi that the party had no information on this move. Only limited constitutional and administrative personnel had knowledge about it.
