In Brampton, on Sunday, two murders took place; Peel Police has arrested suspect in one case

The shooting took place in two different areas and Peel police held a man on suspicion

First incident took place at Vodden St. E. near Kennedy Rd. N. area in a taxi outside a home

Clifford Correia, 27, of Brampton died in it; friends call him a happy father living with his small boy

 

They say Correia was a family man and so mourn his death

 

His girlfriend sitting next to him got life threatening injuries but is out of danger now

 

Another shooting took place at 6:30am in which Derrick McKeown died

 

Patrick Doyle, 27, was arrested in relation to both murders

 

Police has charged him with two counts of First Degree Murder; Doyle lives in Brampton

In Toronto, over the weekend, a 30-year-old, man died in a firing incident on Sunday

Both kids of Michael Lewis were standing nearby along with his wife who was pregnant with 3rd child

Witnesses are sharing details and Toronto Police is getting more details

After shots rang, a barbecue was being held in honour of Kamal Hercules

He was killed in targeted shooting in 2009 so this incident took place the same way nine years later

Police is investigating the matter; shooters were said to run on foot

In Brampton, Peel Police reported a sexual assault case against a women this Sunday

A man entered her house and sexually assaulted her

A nearby surveillance camera shows the man belongs to black community

He is 30-year-old, has average height and medium build

Peel Police has urged community to contact them with any information or contact Crime Stoppers

First a man in pink shirt came to beat him, later 2 more joined him

Those watching saw Khan left by those goons injured badly

One accused, Mohd Yusuf, required in a number of criminal cases arrested

Khan’s brother, Abdul Wahid, said accused is land-grabber and wanted to occupy a piece of land Sarmad owned

Wahid said Sarmad has been going to court to settle issue but nothing happened

Khan, who was beaten up and killed retired from Uttar Pradesh police in 2006
