25-Year-Old Driver Dies in Single-Vehicle Rollover Crash in Clarington, Ont.

A 25-year-old driver died after crashing into a concrete barrier and rolling over on a Clarington, Ont. highway overnight, according to the OPP.

The single-vehicle accident happened around 2:20 a.m. on Sunday near Highway 115 and Old Highway 35. The driver was going south on Highway 35 when he hit the concrete median, crossed into the northbound lanes of Highway 115, and rolled over into a ditch.

The driver, a resident of Markham, was the only person in the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene.
