The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a man wanted in an Assault Causing Bodily Harm and Assault with a Weapon investigation.
On Sunday, June 18, 2023, at approximately 6:50 p.m., police responded to a call for Unknown Trouble in the Keele Street and Bloor Street West area.
It is alleged that:
- The suspect assaulted the victim in a residence
- The victim attempted to flee the residence
- The suspect dragged the victim back into the residence
- The suspect left the residence prior to police arriving
On Saturday, June 24, 2023, at approximately 10:07 p.m., police responded to a call for an Unknown trouble in the Keele Street and Bloor Street West area.
It is alleged that:
- The suspect struck the victim with an object within a residence
- The suspect proceeded to use a sharp edged weapon to slash the victim in the facial area, and upper body
- The suspect left the residence prior to police arriving
Cyrus Alaei, 25, of Toronto, is wanted for:
- Assault Causing Bodily Harm
- Uttering Threats
- Unlawfully in a Dwelling House
- Possession of a Weapon
- Assault
- Two counts of Assault with a Weapon
- Two counts of Fail to Comply with Probation Order
- Two counts of Fail to Comply with Release Order
The man is described as 5’2″, black hair and a black goatee.
