A lot of Canadians are choosing to move to the United States, and the numbers are higher than they’ve been in a long time. According to data from CBC News, tens of thousands of Canadians are packing up and heading south, which is a trend that’s been going on for a while but seems to be increasing.
The American Community Survey, done by the U.S. Census Bureau, shows that in 2022, 126,340 Canadians moved to the U.S., which is almost 70% more than the 75,752 who moved there in 2012.
