Mandeep Pannu, 37, Kamaljit Sandhu, 37, Lakhwinder Sandhu, 39, Charged In Mississauga Investigation

Officers from the 11 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau have laid numerous charges against three men, after an investigation in Mississauga.

On Monday, June 6, 2022, at approximately 3:30 p.m.,  three men attended a business in the area of Wolfedale Road and Dundas Street in Mississauga and are alleged to have stolen nearly $5000 worth of property from within. The men became involved in a physical altercation with employees from the business, and as a nearby police officer arrived on scene, the three men fled the area in a vehicle that was later discovered to be stolen. The suspect vehicle was located a short time later in the area of Erin Mills Parkway and Burnhamthorpe Road West, where the three men were arrested.

Mandeep Pannu, a 37-year-old man from Mississauga, has been charged with:

Theft Under $5000
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
Flight From Peace Officer
Dangerous Operation of a Vehicle
Fail to Comply With Release Order
Fail to Comply With Undertaking
Possession of Break-in Instruments

Mandeep Pannu appeared at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton on June 7, 2022.

Kamaljit Sandhu, a 37-year-old man from Brampton, has been charged with:

Theft Under $5000
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
Fail to Comply With Undertaking
Possession of Break-in Instruments

Kamaljit Sandhu will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton on August 26, 2022, in answer to the charges.

Lakhwinder Sandhu, a 39-year-old man from Brampton, has been charged with:

Theft Under $5000
Possession of Proeprty Obtained by Crime
Possession of Break-in Instruments 

Lakhwinder Sandhu will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton on August 26, 2022, in answer to the charges.
