14 SHOTS FIRED AT TEMPLE PRESIDENT’S SON’S HOUSE IN SURREY

The firing happened on Wednesday (December 27) in the early morning at the residence of the son of Satish Kumar, the president of Lakshmi Narayan Mandir, in Surrey. According to the police, no one was injured during the incident. The address of the house that was shot is 14900 block of 80 Avenue.
According to the Constable Parmbir Kahlon, Media Relations Officer for Surrey Police, the residence involved sustained damage consistent with bullet holes.
The number of attacks on Hindu temples have increased in both the US and Canada. The Hindu community is being targeted all around some of these cases include the vandalism of Windsor’s and New York’s swami Narayan temple, anti-Indian graffiti on hindu temples in Brampton.
