Limited-edition creation pairs avocado, roasted corn and pesto on Pizza Nova’s charcoal dough
Pizza Nova will mark its 49th summer at the Canadian National Exhibition (CNE) with the introduction of the Avocado Fresco pizza slice, a limited-edition slice available exclusively at the CNE from August 21 to September 7, 2026.
Created specifically for the CNE, the Avocado Fresco slice features Pizza Nova’s unique charcoal-infused dough topped with pesto, creamy mozzarella cheese, roasted corn and finished with fresh avocado slices and basil. This colourful combination offers visitors a fresh and bold take on pizza at one of Toronto’s longest-standing summer traditions.

The Avocado Fresco will be served throughout the CNE’s 18-day run at Pizza Nova’s location in the Food Building.
