Jeffrey Sparks is serving a 19-year, eight-month and 22-day prison sentence after he was convicted of crimes related to break-ins, mischief and theft, say police. The OPP say he was also convicted of dangerous operation of motor vehicle, flight while pursued by peace officer, impaired driving, assault with a weapon and theft of motor vehicle.
A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for a federal offender known to frequent Oshawa and Newmarket that provincial police say breached conditions of his release.

Sparks is five feet 11 inches tall and 209 pounds with grey hair and hazel eyes. He has tattoos of a praying mantis on his left forearm and praying hands on his left arm.
He is known to frequent Toronto, Newmarket and Oshawa as well as Durham, Ontario and Gatineau, Quebec.
