Montreal police are looking into an incident where a Jewish school in the city got shot at. This happened shortly after a similar incident at a Jewish girls school in Toronto. Officers were called after reports of bullets hitting the school building on Hillsdale Road in Côte-des-Neiges—Notre-Dame-de-Grâce. They found evidence of two bullets hitting the front of the school. The Belz school, part of the Young Israel of Montreal Synagogue, was confirmed as the target by the Jewish Community Council.
