Amritpal Singh releases his first video after his escape on March 18 and appeals for a Sarbat Khalsa on Vaisakhi where maximum number of Sikhs should reach. The video has been recorded after the meeting convened by Akal Takht Jathedar at Amritsar on Sunday as he mentions the initiative taken by the Jathedar. In the video, Amritpal Singh claims that he is in Chardi Kalan.
In his latest video, Amritpal Singh also slams Punjab Police for arresting Sikh youths during crackdown against him.
If Punjab government had intention of arresting me, police could have come to my house and I would have given in, Amritpal Singh said.

The Punjab government has informed the Punjab and Haryana high court that they have been unable to arrest radical preacher and Waris Punjab De chief Amritpal Singh, despite their “best efforts”.
