City of Brampton and CUPE Local 831 Ratify Three-Year Collective Agreements

BRAMPTON, ON : The City of Brampton and the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) Local 831 have ratified four collective agreements, covering approximately 1,200 City employees across CUPE’s Outside and Office, Professional and Technical and Temporary bargaining units. Along with three renewal agreements, the first collective agreement for Supervisor, Service Delivery within Brampton Transit was also ratified. CUPE members ratified the agreements on November 15, 2024, and Brampton City Council provided final ratification on November 20, 2024.  The term of the collective agreements is April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2027.
