GO Transit celebrates Diwali with its first ever ‘Diwali Train’

To celebrate Diwali, the Festival of Lights, GO Transit is running an exciting experiential campaign that will get customers in the festive spirit like never before. Introducing the first-ever ‘GO Diwali Train’!

From November 10 to 15, customers can join in on the festivities aboard the GO Diwali Train along the Kitchener line in a Diwali themed coach adorned with vibrant Diwali colours inside and out. Customers will be welcomed by a warm, inviting atmosphere, with lively Bollywood dancers, the melodious sounds of traditional music, and exciting celebratory giveaways to keep the festive energy flowing. Can’t make it for the festivities during those dates? Customers can still catch a glimpse of the beautifully decorated GO Diwali Train until November 26 across the Greater Golden Horseshoe (GGH).

Diwali is a festival of light that signifies the triumph of good over evil. It’s a magical time of the year that brings families and friends together, and travelling to connect with loved ones plays a key role in this celebration.
