Thompson Towers is a new three-tower master-planned condominium community
Greenpark Group and Trinity Point have broken ground on their new landmark community in Milton, Ontario.
Thompson Towers is a new high-rise condominium development that, upon completion, will feature over 800 modern suites, a state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor amenity space, and new retail shops and services at the ground level.
The three towers will be located at Thompson Road South and Drew Centre, steps away from the Milton GO station.
Dozens attended the ground-breaking ceremony including Milton councillor John Challinor, Greenpark Founder and CEO Carlo Baldassarra, Greenpark President Armando Baldassarra, Greenpark Vice President Arianna Baldassarra, and Trinity Point President Julian Baldassarra.
Thompson Towers is the latest high-rise community to be added to an impressive portfolio of building achievements dating back to Greenpark’s founding in 1967. Now with the third generation included, Greenpark remains a family-run operation that continues to grow in scale with projects all across the GTA and beyond.
