27 June: Actor Shefali Jariwala, widely known for her iconic appearance in the hit music video Kaanta Laga and for participating in Bigg Boss, has passed away at the age of 42. Reports indicate that Shefali suffered a cardiac arrest late Friday night.
Her husband, actor Parag Tyagi, immediately rushed her to the hospital, but doctors pronounced her dead on arrival. After confirming her passing, authorities transferred her body to Cooper Hospital for a postmortem to determine the exact cause of death.
Fans and colleagues from the entertainment industry have begun expressing shock and condolences as news of Shefali’s sudden demise spreads.
