This project will construct a fully accessible activity hub, featuring innovative play structures and recreational elements, at Gore Meadows in the City of Brampton. The project will turn an existing green space into a community park with playgrounds, a splash pad, shade shelters, accessible washrooms, accessible play features, swings, climbers, wheelchair-friendly gathering areas, and accessible outdoor fitness equipment. Concrete and rubberized surfaces will be used throughout the hub amenities to provide easy movement for visitors with limited mobility.
