Lock & Quay is the largest residential development in the history of Welland, a city in Southwestern Ontario.

Lock & Quay is made up of four neighborhoods, each with their own unique features and character.
Quayside Village is at the centre, featuring shops, markets, street performances, dining, and cafes. On either side of Quayside Village are the North and South Quays. These are the primary residential neighbourhoods offering a variety of urban townhomes, including the first release: The Bridge 13 Collection. These townhomes are beautifully crafted and offer plenty of contemporary features including several sustainability measures to reduce their impact on the environment. In fact, the entire community features sustainability initiatives, from pedestrian-friendly streets, to landscaping, and building material selection.
At the far south end of the development is Bridgeview Locks, a gateway neighbourhood with other residences and public parks. From this neighbourhood, it is just a short walk to the local Seaway Mall.
All of these neighbourhoods are connected by a waterfront esplanade perfect for biking, walking, or lounging by the water. The esplanade is also linked to the area’s trail system.
