Air Canada has reached a new tentative collective agreement with the union representing approximately 11,000 employees across the airline’s technical operations, airports, cargo, logistics and supply divisions.
The proposed four-year agreement would take effect retroactively from April 1, 2026, and remain in force until March 31, 2030, Air Canada said Monday.
The deal must still be ratified by members of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers.
If approved, the agreement would mark the sixth collective agreement concluded by Air Canada this year.
