Program helps residents find important service information online quickly
BRAMPTON, ON (Jan, 2025) – Peel residents have more ways to access services on the enhanced peelregion.ca which provides access to over 100 services. Digital Peel is a multi-year program which provides residents with a consistent user experience, helping them find important service information online quickly, such as eligibility, fees, how to apply or initiate a service, and contact information.
Digital solutions and forms introduced in 2024 include:
- Freedom of Information request and payment method
- Landlord and tenant water billing account change form
- Business hazardous waste
- Peel Health Professionals enhancements:
- Routine Vaccine Order Form and supplies
- Influenza/RSV vaccines Order Form and supplies
- Construction project feedback and questions
Overall, the digital services and forms launched as part of the Digital Peel program had an overall 94% satisfaction rating. This includes the vaccine ordering forms that were introduced as part of the Peel Health Professionals Portal in August; those forms achieved an impressive 99% satisfaction rating.
