Enabled Talent was presented with the 2026 Niagara Falls Workplace Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Award
NIAGARA FALLS, ON — Enabled Talent has been named the recipient of the 2026 Niagara Falls Workplace Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Award, recognizing the organization’s commitment to advancing accessibility, inclusive employment, and workforce participation for persons with disabilities.
The award was presented at Niagara Falls City Hall by Mayor Jim Diodati, alongside Marilyn Tian, Chair of the City of Niagara Falls Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisory Committee, and members of the Committee. The award was accepted on behalf of Enabled Talent by Sahil Gogna, Chief Growth Officer.
“We are deeply grateful for this recognition,” said Sahil Gogna. “This award represents the collective efforts of employers, educators, community organizations, advocates, and job seekers who believe that talent should be recognized for ability and potential, not limited by barriers. There is still much work to do, but this recognition reinforces the importance of continuing that work.”
Enabled Talent is a Canadian accessibility and workforce technology company focused on improving employment outcomes for persons with disabilities through technology, partnerships, and workforce innovation. Through its Workforce Inclusion Network (WIN), the organization connects job seekers, employers, educational institutions, community organizations, and governments through a shared workforce ecosystem designed to support inclusive hiring and workforce participation.
The recognition comes during a period of growing engagement in Niagara Region. Over the past year, Enabled Talent has worked closely with community leaders, employers, educators, accessibility advocates, elected officials, and local organizations to better understand workforce needs and opportunities across the region.
The organization also announced plans to further expand its presence in Niagara through the future launch of a Niagara-focused employment platform and the establishment of a dedicated office in Niagara Falls. These initiatives are intended to strengthen connections between talent, employers, educational institutions, and community organizations while creating new pathways to employment and economic participation.
Enabled Talent also acknowledged the support of Niagara Innovation Hub and Innovate Niagara, two organizations that have played an important role in helping the company establish roots within the region’s innovation ecosystem.
“Over the past year, we have had hundreds of conversations across Niagara Region, and each one has helped shape our understanding of the opportunities ahead,” added Gogna. “We are grateful to Mayor Jim Diodati, Marilyn Tian, the DEI Advisory Committee, Niagara Innovation Hub, Innovate Niagara, and the many leaders across the region who have welcomed us, challenged our thinking, and supported our vision. This recognition is appreciated, but more importantly, it strengthens our commitment to continue building.”
As these efforts continue to grow, Niagara Falls will become one of three key operating locations for the Enabled Talent team, alongside Brampton and Northern Ontario.
