July 2025 – Brampton, Canada / Accra, Ghana — Enabled Talent, an inclusive employment platform using AI to bridge the disability employment gap, has been selected to join the prestigious UNICEF Startup Lab in Ghana. This milestone marks a significant step in the Brampton-based company’s vision to expand across Africa and deliver scalable, accessible job-matching tools for people with disabilities.
Enabled Talent is proudly incubated at BHive Brampton and supported by Invest Brampton, Brampton Entrepreneur Centre (BEC), Brampton Venture Zone, and the City of Brampton.
The UNICEF Startup Lab, powered in partnership with KOICA Ghana and MEST Africa, supports early-stage, impact-driven ventures tackling challenges faced by marginalized communities. Enabled Talent was selected for its innovative use of AI to improve hiring equity—including tools like voice-first navigation for blind users, neurodivergent-friendly onboarding, and inclusive screening systems.
“This is not just a win for us,” said Amandipp Singh, founder of Enabled Talent. “It’s a win for every disabled jobseeker whose potential has been overlooked. We’re honoured to join the Startup Lab and begin building inclusive systems for Ghana and beyond.”
Enabled Talent will pilot its platform in West Africa over the next 6–12 months, collaborating with local universities, disability organizations, and inclusive employers to create accessible pathways to work.
