Lock & Quay is a visionary new development set against the picturesque backdrop of Welland’s waterways. It features urban townhomes in a vibrant, amenity-rich community.

Lock & Quay is made up of four neighbourhoods, each with their own unique features and character. Quayside Village is the beating heart of the development, featuring a pedestrian-friendly promenade, shops and boutiques, markets, street performances, dining, and cafes.
On either side of Quayside Village are the North and South Quays. These are the primary residential neighbourhoods of Lock & Quay, offering a variety of beautifully crafted urban townhomes located in cozy modern enclaves connected to Quayside Village and the waterfront by walkways. The Bridge 13 Collection is the first release of homes.
At the far south end of the development is Bridgeview Locks, a gateway neighbourhood with more residences and public parks. From this neighbourhood, it is just a short walk to the local Seaway Mall.
All of these neighbourhoods are connected by a waterfront esplanade that runs the length of the community, perfect for biking, walking or lounging by the water. The esplanade is also linked to the area’s trail system, including a pedestrian bridge to Merritt Island.
Lock & Quay also features a number of key sustainability initiatives to reduce the impact on the natural environment and promote more efficient energy and water use. Pedestrian-friendly streets, building material selection, landscaping, and urban design have all been carefully managed to mitigate the community’s environmental impact.
