Peel Police Arrest Darbara Mann, 50, Accused Of Shooting Fireworks At 3 Peel Police Stations

A man has been arrested on a Canada-wide warrant after Mischief occurred at three Peel Regional Police divisions.

On Sunday, March 12, 2023, just after 10:00 p.m., Darbara Mann, a 50-year-old man of no fixed address, allegedly attended three Peel Regional Police divisions located in the area of Dixie Road and Eglinton Avenue in Mississauga, Erin Mills Parkway, and Dundas Street in Mississauga and Hurontario Street and County Court Boulevard in Brampton and projected fireworks in the direction of each division.

On Thursday, March 16, 2023, just after midnight, Darbara Mann, allegedly contacted three Peel Regional Police divisions located in the area of Queen Street and Central Park Drive in Brampton, Erin Mills Parkway, and Dundas Street in Mississauga and Hurontario Street and County Court Boulevard in Brampton and uttered threats. 

On Friday, March 17, 2023, Darbara Mann was located by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Saskatchewan and arrested on the strength of the warrant.

Investigators are working together to have him returned to the Region of Peel to answer to the following charges:

  • Mischief (X3)
  • Flight From Police
  • Utter Threats (X3)
